Kyiv, March 31, 2007. - A public meeting in support of the current government ended with a speech by Viktor Yanukovych before the gathering of people. There were 7,000 to 30,000 rally participants, most of whom visited Kyiv this weekend. On Maidan Nezalezhnosti, some 50,000 to 150,000 rallied in support of the opposition, a number larger than during the first days of the Orange Revolution.
